Wingstop

I did not like their service, the staff was rude and argued with each other. The staff wasn't very professional. I don't usually like complaining or being rude about service but I just really do not recommend anyone go to this Wingstop location. As far as the food... I see a lot of complaints in other reviews. The chicken was okay. The fries were soggy-ish(but that could just be how the fries are since they did not taste bad). Their soda fountain does not taste right, usually, I can stand it if it's only a little bad but the sodas that I tried getting out of the machine tasted stale and gross. I asked for 2 atomic wings out of the 10 boneless ones I got, and they did not even try to separate them. I don't know if that is my fault for requesting 2 of one flavor, so I will not hold that against them. I only gave 2 stars because of the service.

Ordered 30 classic wings and 5 boneless. To my surprise they were all spoiled. Just when biting into the first wing I almost vomited. I always order wings from this location but today the wings were all spoiled. They had a really bad smell even with the sauce in them. I tried contacting them but they kept on telling me to hold. Worst service, I do enjoy eating Wingstop but now I will have to check other wing places.

I am writing this review due to a terrible experience I had when I Ordered a 50 piece party pack. I have always ordered wings from this place and never been disappointed. Shortly after receiving the wings we ate them and a couple of us had extreme diarrhea, I am taking about straight water coming out, it seemed as if there was a laxative that was added or something. I was so disappointed as we were celebrating my siblings birthday and had family come from out of town. Immediately I hopped online and submitted a report. The following day I was contacted by the store manager and asked a couple of questions. Shortly after he contacted me back and proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to issue a refund because according to the guidelines the timeframe in which we got sick did not align with their policy a food borne illness. It is highly disappointing that We literally paid almost 100 dollars for us to get sick. I would issue no stars if it was an option.

We enjoy eating wingstop however this location never seems to get it right. on both occasions we’ve placed an order online, the fries have been extremely soggy! It’s as if they’re boiled potatoes! Where is the crisp?!? Normally wing stop fries are awesome but the fries here always disappoint. Tonight we decided to give this location another shot and ordered online. They gave us the wrong flavor of wings!!! We ordered lemon pepper and garlic parmesan but instead got lemon pepper and mango habanero?!? And you guessed it, MORE SOGGY FRIES! How disappointing! My pregnant girlfriend was not happy. Do better wingstop Stockton!
