Wingstop

It was a little busy when we went. When I ordered, it was difficult to hear the employee because the music was loud and she was talking very fast. The other employee was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the 10pc a-la-carte with half Hawaiian and half lemon pepper along with an order of regular fries. The food was good, but the Hawaiian wings were a bit over-sauced for my liking. The lemon pepper had good flavor and crispness.

I am a franchise investor holder with wig stop and this location pre judge me by the color of my skin. The ladies treated me polite in person, however when I got home and noticed that everything was not in my order, I called this location to verify the mistake. The manager Maggie was rude and hung up in my face. When I called back another associate answered the phone and said have a black nice day and hung up in my face.

This location is terrible. Every time I go here the food taste like it’s old and been sitting. This time I called in my food and they barely put any sauce on my wings they were so dry. They were tiny and old tasting. I love Wingstop but this location is not it. This locations fries are always old and NEVER fresh. Everytime I order on door dash I order extra seasoning on my fries and when they arrive the fries are soggy and have NO seasoning. I always tell myself I’m not going back to this location and I still continue to only because it’s next to my house. But the food just becomes worse everytime. So I will not be returning seriously.

Great establishment! Food was fresh and delicious as always. Was greeted right away and felt welcome. Restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere with a football game and basketball game each playing on each of their TVs while you wait. Food was prepared within 18 mins as promised and I will definitely be returning here although there is a wingstop closer to my home. Just awesome.

The most rudest customers here. Came back to return chicken after I ASKED FOR EXTRA WELL DONE WINGS. The cashier today had no issue and apologized for the inconvenience. As she went to the back to the alert the manager, he comes back with an attitude constantly eye balling me as if I was lying when he clearly could’ve checked the chicken himself. At the end of the day, I asked for EXTRA well done and the chicken was wet. You shouldn’t have an issue with remaking it. Customer service goes a long way and we are all one complaint from standing in the unemployment line
