Went through the drive-thru. Ordered 2 large sandwich combos and a “boat load of fries”. Total $20. After getting home found the only thing large was my sweet teas. I was given 2 small fries and a “row-boat” size order of fries. Then the sandwiches were all wrong as ordered. Seems like here the last couple of months Jacks has been giving small fries when larges are ordered. I went back twice in the last 2 weeks to show my receipt and my small fry. So I call the number on Google and keep getting hung up on. Then I call the Stevenson restaurant and got hung up on twice and then busy signals. Jacks corporate refuses to answer calls or emails over this location and it’s negligence to its customers.

Just got served a half raw chicken biscuit after waited 15mins!! I would have given negative star if there is an option.

Extremely dirty... food all over the floor everywhere. I took pictures. It was incredible... very disorganized. Need to retrain and start over. Just so you know, I am the General Manager of Hardee's, in Acworth Georgia, on Interstate 75.

I had a great experience at Jack's. I asked for steak egg and cheese on Texas toast. They had no problem with the request and provided a great meal.
