Applebee's

Every time my friend and I went to this applebees, it was just horrible. This last recent visit has made me decide to write a review. We waited about 10-15 mins to be seated because no one was around at all (they were all in the back or the kitchen). It wasn't even a busy time; it was around 9pm. Not even a quarter of the restaurant was full and the servers claimed to be "busy." My friend ordered the bourbon chicken and the chicken meat was a small 2.5 inch by 2.5 inch piece and overall just received a smaller portion meal because he's ordered the dish before. I ordered the chicken parmesan to try and they burned the chicken. Our chicken tortilla soup was also dry. It probably sat out for forever and someone noticed it became dry so they just added extra tortilla chips to cover it up. Our server was great, but service overall was VERY slow and unsatisfying. I have some pics too (with a few bites into the dishes). Management gave us discounts, but he should've at least came out to talk to us. They need to hire more servers or schedule more servers if it's so "busy." We were hoping to stay maybe just 40-45 mins only, but we stayed almost 1.5 hrs with most of the time just waiting for our food.

When we got there the place was empty. We were seated right away, and told someone would be by to get our drink order. After about 3-4 min, someone took our drink order, but it took 8 minutes after that to get our drinks. The person who brought our drinks said a server would be by. There were 6 employees standing around rolling silverware and talking with each other as we waited. As we waited a few other parties walked in and were seated, and we saw them being attended to before us. After 20 minutes, a waitress noticed me looking over and said she wasn't our server but she would take our order. It seemed like this poor girl was the only one working while everyone else just stood around. I ordered my steak med rare, but it arrived very well done. The waitress was very apologetic, and had my steak redone. I had ordered green beans and received broccoli, but just ate the broccoli and it was good. The new steak was much better. The server not only discounted our meal, but also served us a free dessert. The server gets 5 stars, the experience as a whole...not impressed at all!!

My shoes stuck to the floor. We were seated promptly. The server took forever to get our food order. The food was not the greatest. I had eaten there earlier in week and thought I would bring my family back. Bad decision. I paid over $100.00. We wanted dessert we waited for server to come back only to be told we could have ordered 15 minutes earlier using the little kiosk at table. Very frustrating. It will be a while before we try again.

I took my sister there for her birthday hoping for a good meal. I regret walking through the door. The service was terrible. People who ordered their meal after us got it before we got ours. I asked for extra napkins, all we got was three small coaster sized napkins. The fries were too salty, not edible. The food was decent if it was frozen. The price was not worth having small portions on a dinner plate. I will never go back.

Proof that sit down chains are not all the same! I ordered my usual entree. It was not anything close to usual. New cook not following training? Service was slow, but I can understand that. Especially, if they were understaffed with new kitchen staff. Honestly, the only reason I give this location such a low score was the music was offensive! I would never bring my kids here ever! Where was the manager? Rogue assistant manager gone wild is all I can think.

Well our drinks took forever, the bartender was reading the recipe to make them, if it's a signature drink he should have been more familiar with it than reading on how to make it. 3 tables who arrived after us got their food before us. My husband wanted fries and got mashed potatoes, I wanted baked and waitress said she didn't recommend it cuz 2 previous orders said they were not done all the way. I asked for my steak well done got medium rare, sent it back still not well done, plus by then the mashed potatoes were cold and my broccoli was refrigerator cold. Managers did deduct some $ off the bill but that's not what we were looking for. All we wanted was some drinks, steak and potatoes! Very, very dissatisfied.
