Ice tea was sour and the guy at the register said they don't replace the tea until the night. How lazy can you be. If the tea is nasty change it.

Over the last year or so the employee's seem more friendly and helpful. Taking mental note of repeat customers such as me, anticipating my return and making sure certain items are available. I appreciate this customer service and will return as usual.

Rude cashier on days. And why doesn't 7eleven have a resroom???? For people who are from out of town this is extreamly inconvenient... I would have bought gas or drinks or something from there, but they had NO restroom. I really needed the restroom and had to go to McDonald's accross the street. Won't be going there for anything...

Since the store has a new manager, the store was a better place to purchase my coffe and other stuff, the Hispanic woman is a really fast worker and a excellent attitude, kudos for this woman!!! Keep doing the good job!!!

I attempted to redeem my points for a soda. The points were taken from my account, but I still had to pay for the drink myself out of pocket. Other than that, I have had no issue with the app, store, or rewards system.

Worst customer service tonight. Went it to get something to drink, accidentally forgot my card in my car so I ran out and grabbed it, and apologized for forgetting it. Cashier looked at me and pretty much said “with the way my night is going, I honestly don’t give a rats a** at all. I’m just ready to go home.”
Definitely not going back when that cashier is working. She did not smile or anything, and was just very very rude.
