Burger King

Visited at approximately 11:30 on a Saturday morning. The spicy Ch'King (awful name, but that's not the fault of the local restaurant) came out at room temperature. I literally walked the food ten feet to my table and ate it within two minutes of receiving it. It was covered in a sauce that appeared similar to Frank's, but was rather bland in flavor and not all that hot. This was one of the worst fast food chicken sandwiches I have had, and the Ch'King is ranked second for me in the new wave of chicken sandwiches. The fries were also cold and awful. At least my wife's Impossible Whopper was delicious.

Let's start with no tray or liner,just a greasy bag to throw on a dirty table and tear open. Arby's clean tables trays,liners ,and condiments and ketchup machine,no tearing open to go packets with ur ripped open greasy bag to get hands covered in ketchup cause they're too lazy to fill ketchup pump?.Food is never warm orders are very seldom correct and take forever.I had a fly sputtering around covered in ketchup one day when I opened my double cheeseburger. LOL.No refund he acted disgusted to fix another burger.My fries were cold to begin with,asked for warm fries he took a small order and tossed them in bag with 15 minute cold fries?This is the most discusting fast food joint in this town,dirty too.Despite all the problems I've seen and had, absurd customer service they have those good deal coupons but the operations and professionally leaves ALOT to be improved upon.When Rosie worked there it was a good solid 4 star rating during pandemic even ! I have seen dinning room closed at 5 pm 3 times in a week and sometimes they just turn drive thru off with dinning room locked too at 4 pm..People will quit going there and they will be the first to close their doors and those slackers will be looking for new jobs.why waste $5 gallon for gas to drive to worst quality and service in town only to find door locked and drive thru shut down.Today they said the Manager had to leave for 30 minutes..Joketown USA..

The photo speaks for itself.. This is what the staff at Sterling, CO Burger King thinks is acceptable food. Burnt black buns. Cold food that was supposed to be hot and warm food that was supposed to be cold. How any restaurant manages to stay in business when they do stuff like this is beyond my comprehension. Stay Away!!
