Been having stress problems with this particular store ,the lady there in the daytime seems to not give a hoot about customer service, she said to me that if I don't agree to receiving a pack of 35 cent gum in place of my 53 cents change then I can go somewhere else and never come back and I used common sense to realize that she had no coin change on hand ,that's fine but she should explain that to customers and not just assume people should now this .there is a paper on the glass stating something or another but it's I. Spanish and I can't read Spanish,bottom line in is this is the worst 7 11 I've ever experienced I really hope they get it together soon because from. All the complaints I see they will probably not be in business much longer.

The Indian lady at the counter has used my passport as form of identification before and refused to use this time around I’ve never had an issue with using my passport with any other sales associate at the store. I didn’t appreciate her not explaining why and telling me to ask a police officer to explain it to me yet she claims it was store policy. Really not happy with that 7/11

The cashier (lady) is so so so rude. She harassed my 11 year old granddaughter. She was very rude to her. Apparently they didn’t have enough coins today. The way she demanded my granddaughter to give her exact money was rude. Coincidence my husband pulled in to get gas and he saw me. He said he would buy some water and put it in my car. He witness the cashier being rude to my granddaughter. He told the cashier that he will pay for her stuff. The cashier told my granddaughter to make sure the person in the car pay the man back his money. I’ve experience her rudeness. She thinks she can be so dismissive and rude to people. She needs to know that people can be rude back to her. I went into the store to tell her that she is wrong for being mean to a child, that man is my husband and she need to mind her business. She had the nerve to come outside to make note of my license plate. 7 11 owners I can skip this dirty place and go to the other (at least 3) cleaner convenience stores that offers better customer services. I’ve called this store several times today to discuss this matter. I’ve heard that she loves to call the police and get people banned. If that’s the cases I am more than ok with y’all’s decision.
