Dunkin'

I came in on my way to work in the morning. There was a mix up in the order where they called the order after me first and then called the same order again... it turns out that they missed my order. When I brought it to their attention, they were very apologetic and remade the order very quickly. They even offered to give me a complimentary donut or drink and I told them it was okay. Mistakes happen and there's no reason to get so worked up. Even though I was potentially going to be late for work, I really appreciated their offer to make it up to me because it was out of sincere concern for my happiness. It is apparent that they work hard and that they want to make their customers happy. That is more than satisfactory to me and I really appreciate their care.
