Always had a decent experiences here... Don't know that I'd give 5 stars to any fast food joint, but In Staunton I consider this the one you'd want to go to... The other one closes all the time for random reasons. When I go to bk I drive 2 miles further to this one... Bc I know they'll be open. Drive thru line can be a little slow some days at peak hours, but my only gripe is the parking lot size & layout! (If ur backed up at the street in the "drive thru lane" it takes a phd in patience and consideration to make it so dine-in customers can still leave 🤣🤣; most the time it's a non issue... Lol

My last visit was extremely disappointing my step dad wanted 4 fish sandwiches which I was happy to buy for him we had to repeat our order several times and was very clear on what he wanted on the sandwiches because he has a health issue and can't have certain things he wanted just lettuce tomato and Mayo and the receipt says only lettuce tomato and Mayo usually don't have much of a problem with the order being correct however this time it was a disaster the fish had who knows what mixed on the fish definitely mustard ketchup something else that looked like tartar sauce and a little bit of mayo I don't live close by so we tried to call several times but noone answered my step dad couldn't eat the sandwiches
