Dunkin'

I love ice cream so I found this funny. Most of the flavors did not have labels, some were incorrect and the employee was not exactly sure... BR31 has a lot of competition so they really need to up their game. Specialize in something and do it well instead of many things just ok. The employee was friendly and our order took a reasonable amount of time.

I love this Dunkin! The workers are all very kind and helpful. I tried the new iced brown sugar oat latte yesterday. It was too sweet for my preference though, and they made if less sweet for me for free when I asked. My favorite sandwich was also recently taken off the menu, but the workers helped me find a way to still order it by customizing another sandwich. Overall, great customer service :)

Every time we give this place another try something always happens. They tell us there's 15 min wait if you want hashbrowns and when you get them they are cold we asked the girl if we could get them heated up and she looked very annoyed. Plus something is always missing from our order. I get businesses our short staff but customer service should always be a priority like maybe say sorry.

I came through the drive thru and ordered two drinks and two donuts after I paid I pulled up to the reserve spot to wait for my drinks a girl brings out 1 drink and when I asked about the other she looked confused and went back in another girl came out and told me she can't give me something for free I was seriously confused by the fact she was accusing me of wanting something for free when all I wanted was what I ordered she then proceeds to tell me that she didnt put my drink order in and that I would have to come in and order to get it I get we make mistakes and I wasn't upset by that but the fact I got a bunch of attitude and was accused of wanting something for free is ridiculous
