Bojangles

Bojangles here provide an excellent food and excellent service. The chicken is wonderful, and with other Bojangles, very delicious, juicy, and great. The breading is excellent, the juiciness of the chicken is just perfect. Compared to most Bojangles, this place have better chicken. Perfect ambience for food, you can dine in comfortably. Service is very friendly.

Absolutely disappointed 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!! I ordered a 4 piece supreme meal and I literally got 4 supremes the size of McDonalds nuggets!!!! And on top of the the fries were half way filled up like someone ate half of my entire meal!!!!!! I gave 5 star 2 yrs ago but I have never been that dissatisfied with bojangles unless they learn how to communicate for one and give you wanted or actually what I ordered I will not be back and will definitely not recommend this bojangles to anyone from now on! Horrible. Oh and a burnt biscuit to go with it! Also after trying to eat it, I realized it was so over cooked or reheated multiple times that the chicken was extremely hard like the biscuit, i would have rather ate my seat belt, and also it was cold as well and was giving the wrong sauce along wi the the rest of my food I ordered cajun biscuit and and a side of gravy. To top it off I donated money for the metal of honor so you would think they would take better care of all the supporters for our military!!@

I would not give this Bojangles one star. I placed my order at drive thru. waited patiently to get to the window. I sat at the window five minutes and the young lady told me to pull up and they would bring me my food, After waiting in my car 15-20 minutes I walked into an empty store with a bunch of kids laughing and having a grand time in the back. I asked about my order and there was laughing like they just did not care. I asked for a manager and some young kid walked up and was totally clueless, said he was busy with the truck. The laughing and fun continued until I said I was contacting management. My advise to you is maybe better training on customer service and check your cameras for the partying and playing going on! DO NOT GO TO THIS BOJANGLES .

Normally I never have an issue with this place, but there was only 1 customer in the drive thru in front of me. So I assume they’re not very busy and I don’t have to worry about my order being right. Wrong! I work locally and was really hungry so I stopped through the drive thru and got 2 plain biscuits and a large order of grits. For starters they didn’t even give me my biscuits, so I paid for them and didn’t even get them, then for a LARGE order of grits they gave me 1 salt packet and 2-3 containers of butter. Maybe it’s just me being from the south but that wouldn’t even be enough for a regular order of grits. Was so disappointed when I got to work I didn’t even eat any of it. Biggest waste of money.
