Avoid this location like the Plague! The workers there have to be the most incompetent people ever. We've ordered a few times for delivery and EVERY TIME something is wrong and items missing. We always wait a few months and try again hoping THIS time they will get it right...just to be disappointed. The ticket CLEARLY says 2 Pot Pie Fillups. One can argue that underneath itemizing each one it says one. I would accept that but we got TWO pot pies as ordered but ONE drink and ONE cookie. NEVER AGAIN!!!! This place needs to close. Norwalk is only 10 minutes away. They will get our business from now on.

Chicken is good, I got it for my birthday last year. However, the last time I ate the chicken drumsticks, I got redness in my left arm. A few minutes later, my right arm got red too. Everytime I ate another drumstick, my arms get redder and itchier. Sadly, that will be the last time I will eat from here.

customer service is polite, food is typical. ordered here a few times already. I always order the dark meat, not into white meat at all. Each time they give white meat. drive through, counter, mobile app, doesn't make a difference. Order's always wrong. I have long forgotten the taste of a KFC thigh.

Ummmmm so customer service was good and welcoming buuuut.... the dude preparing the food had his mask half down and wiped his nose with his glove and then proceeded top prepare food. Uh yuck! And then when I said something, the wrong person was reprimanded. When I corrected them they didn't even talk ro the right person. He's STILL wearing that glove as far as I can tell. Yuck. Watch them prepare your food people.
