Amazing customer experience from Sarah today. On our way in for a quick butty before getting on the bus and she mad us smiling and even referred us to the app to help in future. Will be back soon!

Excellent customer service from Kate and team so plescent had granddaughter with us and they run out off want she wanted with her difficulties it was hard for her to except and must say Kate delt with it very well and after when she calm down Kate offered her kindness to give her a cake if only there was more people like this around thanks greggs

Been fishing on local river got soaked went it for some hot food & blown away by service by Sarah & nicola 'even when i got a load of mud on there floor' 😬 Outstanding service 10/10 'i will be back' 😎

No shopping trip's complete without a stop at Greggs.
I'm not vegetarian but love their vegan rolls. Tried a vegan festive pasty this time...really tasty 👍

Very helpful girl I spoke to when the just eat people gave me half my order. I rang up and she was absolutley lovely and so helpful

I have to say the staff member(s) especially the lady on the till was absolutely lovely, cheery, smiley, very friendly with myself but also all other customers whom came in. Food was also very good (as always) but the customer service by the lady on the till today was second to none. Well done Greggs!
