Zizzi - Stafford

My daughter and I went for lunch while shopping last week. It was a lovely comfortable atmosphere to sit in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, we usually go to the Zizzi in Manchester or Derby so this was our first visit to the Stafford one but we will definitely be back and would recommend it.

Service staff that go a long way further than above and beyond. As an allergy (Nuts) sufferer the menu is not as good as others in the franchise (pine nuts are a seed on their documentation). That being said, the manager (sorry I didn't get his name) is a true credit to his profession. We were out as a family for my birthday and the manager and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating both with us, my blind brother-in-law, and our 2 young nephews. I'd like to knock half a star off for the companies allergy info, but that is not a criticism of the staff or restaurant. Lovely place good food and great experience.

Staff were lovely Food was nice although had to return my carbonara as the pasta was under cooked (and honestly....I couldn't tell it was fresh pasta, tasted like dried) and they were stingey with the cheese dip for our Fondue sharing starter. Staff were friendly and attentive though and good deal with our Tesco vouchers.

I went with my wife on Fathers day without booking and we were served greatly. The staff was very friendly and professional, the food was tasty and well resented. We received complimentary pasta crisps, which we never tried before but they were great too. We had also some great calamari fritti (fried squid) as stater and then I took the fish and my wife some great ravioli with goat cheese. For desert a tiramisu. We will surely come back and would recommend to anyone willing to have a nice Italian treat a a fair price.
