Highly recommend this location if you enjoy standing in line during a busy morning commute while the owner yells at his employee and randomly shuts down the only open register in the store to inexplicably count it and simply tells customers to wait. I can't wait for that new Wawa to open across the street. At least their employees feel compelled to be reasonably polite to their customers and pay them and treat them well enough that they tend to actually have enough staff to actually help people.

Customer's beware..Coffee machine is always broke. When i asked the associate to help me with the machine they were not helpful. Instead of fixing the issue they decided to say that the machine was broke. All they had to do was empty the tray. Thos is not the first incident at this location. Better to go to Garrisonville Rd. Most of the stores on that road are more helpful. Probably will be the last time I'll be disappointed 😞 going to this location.

Gave this owner a chance to be non racist a few times, but we pull up in a expensive car dressed in business casual and he still follows us So if your black expect him to follow you everywhere, we will no longer be shopping here, the one down the street isn’t racist ;by the way I was a 7/11 manager for 2 locations for 8 years , this is unacceptable He over looked every other person to follow my black husband This is unacceptable

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD THE NIGHT EMPLOYEE ITS RACES , UNEDUCATED, WE ASK TO USE THE BATHROOM WHAT HE DID ITS SHOWED US A PICTURE OF A DIRTY TOILED AND KICK US OUT. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THIS EMPLOYEE SHOULD NOT REPRESENT OR WORK AT A 7 ELEVEN. I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER WITH 7 ELEVEN CORPORATE!

This is the worst 7-Eleven around, make sure you stop to use the bathroom before you get to the store because they don't believe in public restrooms, they have the worst customer service out of any convenience store I have been too, they are strict about their policies and enforce them only when they feel like it. There is not any sort of standard there we were served food at 57 degrees, and other times they refuse to serve it or it will be perfect not for any specitic reason. Step up your consitency and manage your store.

This 711 is horrible, always bad service, today I wanted to get food which every time in the past had always been old or overlooked so I stayed away from the taquitos, and the wings were so burnt 90% of them were black and usually at any other 711 if you ask to have fresh food made, whole pizzas, egg rolls, wings anything they’ll make it but not here. I asked the lady and she said no way those were put out twenty minutes ago and could clearly see they were burnt and dried and disgusting. She then asked the manager and he was more rude than she was and told me to go to another 711 when I said they usually do make food if asked. The food is always old and sitting out, last week the morning we came in there were a pile of wings and one was so burnt it was completely black and dried about and the next morning the same batch of wings was sitting there. Obviously with all the other reviews there is an issue at this 711 and hope someone does something about it, this place is just awful.
