Subway

The worker there named Alyssa. Saw me as she was cutting veggies in the back. Said she would be a minute. For the next 25 minutes she kept cutting veggies. I asked for help 3 times. She said cutting the same green peppers was more important. I said what about customers, she said this was her job to cut veggies. She refused to help and when I said I will call corporate she said. They don’t care.

Popped in to get food for the road. The guy working was in a sour mood and complaining abo his boss. Neither sandwich we ordered was toasted (barely warm at all). My sandwich’s bottom piece of bread was ripped almost fully in half. Didn’t put enough oil & vinegar to taste it. Guy wrapped my sandwich in 5 layers of paper...not really a complaint but felt lazy and wasteful

Rude subway employee! Claimed he couldn't cancel an incorrect transaction I found on my receipt. When I asked him several times to get a manager he repeatedly refused. Had to go and get the TA gas station manager myself. When I explained him the situation this employee still wanted to blame me for the error. Customer service on it's greatest! The TA gas station manager was not really able to help with the issue, however at least he refunded me cash for the credit card transaction he was unable to cancel. Do not recommend this Subway as long as this rude employee is there, who does not know how to deal with customers.

If I could do zero stars I would. Worst experience ever. Who ever is working morning today I don't know her name she had no name tag was so rude. After waiting 10 minutes just for her to show up she decided to make something else for the store instead of my order. Once she was ready I started my order and she asked my boyfriend if he wanted the same thing. he was not sure what he wanted yet and told her she can finish mine he was unsure what he wanted and she said " oh no, you better decide what you want because once I get to the other side by condiments I'm not coming back to start yours" . Two feet away?!! How lazy can you be?? So he said he wouldnt get one because he was unsure. She said "good" .This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway location especially at a travel center where people from all over stop for something to eat. I do live in the area so I will be sure to NEVER recommend this place to any one. Customer service my ass. I had a better experience at the McDonald's across the street.

Me and my friend stopped on our way home, I went to Popeyes and she went to the Subway. My friend ordered her food right after I did. I had sat down and started eating mine and my friends hot sub was just sitting there getting cold while the lady fixed four other subs for the person behind her. I was halfway through my meal before she was asked what she wanted on her sandwich. My friend had sat down at the table with me by this point. The lady's was Thelmisha or something like that, then she got an attitude when my friend told her she didn't want it anymore. The other lady working with her was Tasha if that helps narrow it down. I worked at Subway before in GA and I know that is not how you train your people. I do not recommend this location!
