I patiently waiting to be served. 2 men working on a just eat order. I was the only person waiting. Then a lady walked in. And within minutes they took her order. While I just stood there. Not sure why. Poor customer service. They saw that I was there first. Just seems odd to serve the person 2nd in the cue!

Every time I order off of the app (the entire point of which is that you don't have to wait in the queue) they ignore the ticket until I arrive and ask for my food. Today I ordered early and arrived 20 minutes after the pick up time and they STILL hadn't started making it.

Ordered hot food, got cold food, that was at one time hot. This was due to extremely slow delivery. Said on app, waiting driver, so seems they just let the food to go cold. Rubbish food, rubbish delivery at a very expensive price. Think twice!!

Only 3 stars due to the poor woman working behind the till by herself, struggling to keep up with orders due to lack of staff. As she was doing our order, her manager walked in seeing her struggle and walked off upstairs. Seems like a great guy that should have the position. Other than that food was great.
