Burger King

This location is supposed to close at Midnight. I've gone by many times and they have closed early, like 11:30-11:45. I understand staffing issues but tonight 2.4.22 at 11pm. All lights were on, drive thru lights all on. 2 employees inside but refuse to respond to many people in line beeping, knocking on the window and doors. Constantly out of menu items, last week I ordered an Italian chicken sandwich. It was still frozen! And it looked like it been tossed around a bit. Brought back for another that was barely room temp. Cheese not melted. Just awful

Absolutely worst Burger King. I went through the drive-through. Got 3 whoppers meals with cheese. Had no cheese. I made sure to tell them at the window that I wanted cheese. An had no cheese. When I called back. The manager or whoever answered were so disrespectful. I don't know how then got a job there. This was at 9:30 p.m on 2/31/22 I highly recommend not to go!!

Not even sure why I keep going to one if you want to know the truth. The hamburgers are never hot, and you can tell because the cheese is never melted on the burger. Its like they put a slice on a old hamburger and nuke it just enough to make it warm. I used to enjoy going to a Burger King, but now, not so much anymore. The thing is I go to different ones hoping that one will be different, but they aren't.

Cashier was very rude. Cashier complained about being short staffed and told the manager to lock the doors she wasn't doing drive thur and dinning room. So we got locked in. The dining room was nasty. Ceiling tiles hanging or missing all together. When we got our food it was cold. I will never step foot in this location. Just find some place else.

The woman taking our order was helpful and nice. All tables were filthy, I cleaned one with napkins and water from their fountain. There was a man behind the counter and walking around the kitchen part wearing what looked like a talliot scarf which seemed unsanitary and dangerous. Didn't seem the place to be walking around wearing a religious scarf. Will not go back.
