Dunkin'

Not happy with this place at all! I’m all for wearing a mask when you can’t keep 6 ft away. But some people are exempt from wearing one. Some people have medical conditions. I was refused service in this Dunkin’ Donuts. They have a sign posted no mask no service. I reached out to corporate. I don’t think that sign is appropriate. We all understand and appreciate everybody keeping each other safe but that’s a little bit extreme. I’m a manager of a of a store and I do not post a sign like that. If the mask is really supposed to protect you from The coronavirus and you have one on then why should I have to wear one if I’m not sick or I have an underlying condition. If you’re protected worry about yourself. Isn’t that what the mask is for?

You smell deliciousness as you walk up to the door. Everything is so fresh and the staff is so friendly. Dunkin’ is my best friend. I see him daily and helps me get my day started. The service is quick and never a disappointment. I mean who doesn’t like Dunkin’ Donuts and coffee. Had a exceptional experience at DD today. Exceeded my experiences at Starbucks. My brother and i visited for brunch, and we had the pleasure of having Andrea take our order. she recommended an irish cream iced coffee (which was excellent). My sandwich was made to order and was very deicious! Thanks to the very hospitable, kind, professional, and warm service we received from Andrea, as well as her crew in the kitchen, I most definitely will return. Thanks DD!

Not a single shop in St Augustine worth stopping at. If you want a bran muffin or some lame liberal hangout... this is the place. You won't find anything fresh or with good flavor. Very disappointing. Dunkin Donut used to be good but whoever is buying these franchises is really destroying the reputation

This isn't a real Dunkin' Donuts; don't waste your time stopping here if you're wanting DD's real menu and service. Though I stop into this Speedway often - it's a TERRIFIC 24/7 convenience store - I only recently thought about getting some hot food to go (it was my very persistent 3-year old son who planted this "thought" in my head). I wandered over to the "Dunkin' Donuts" section and looked up at the lackluster menu to discover their options included hotdogs, corndogs, taquitos, and some old, funky-looking donuts. Yeah, you can forget about DD's fancy lattes, macchiatos, chai tea, espresso, or even a cup of coffee freshly made to order! We figured out something to order (maybe chicken tenders?) and then patiently waited. In the few minutes that passed, my now starving child was "Up! Up!" in my arms, and my hopes that someone would appear to "take my order" had completely diminished. I glanced over at the convenience store cashiers as they assisted long lines of customers, and realized that holding 35lbs of hungry, demanding boy trumped manners. Interrupting everyone else's lives, I desperately called out to ask if anyone worked over here or could help me. That's when I learned it's a "help yourself" kind of deal. Glad I finally found that out! I peered at the scanty supply of revolting food (?) items on the hotdog roller - all 3 objects were unidentifiable and untrustworthy. I had to make a decision. I put my son down (whew!), crouched in front of him, looked him straight in the eyes and said, "There are times in life when you just have to cut your losses and move on." So I bought him some Skittles.
