Mcdonald's

I went back today to prove a point about this mc.donalds store. I ordered 2 cheeseburger and a small fries a mc frappe mocha and a hot fudge Sunday. You can see in my photos how the small fry had hardly any French 🍟 fries in it the cheeseburgers 🍔 were ice cold and frappe had runny whipped cream that must of been left out of the refrigerator and a big dump of hot fudge on it when the whipped cream should always be to the top of the top cover and the drizzle on it should be neat, same for the hot fudge sunday! My 🍟 fries were ice cold and so wasn't the meat on the cheeseburgers, I had to save all of it to give to my 🐕 dog. I advise everyone local and tourists do not go to this nasty Mc. Donald's store which the managers don't know how to train the cook's to only hold the meat for the times that is the MC Donald's standard's,plus the French fries have a time limit on them and afterwards you must discard them, same goes for the meat, breads,and breakfast items too; the reason I know this is because I worked at 2 mc.donaldslocations in New York city for 5 1/2 yrs and was a shift manager. They do not live up to MC Donald's standard's!🤮🤬😡 My order was to go and I had to make them put my drinks in a holder and my food bag couldn't even go into the bag so I had to hold 2 bags instead of 1! Really horrible customer service here!

After waiting 29 minutes and not once even being asked what are you waiting for or even a nod, I asked for and got a refund. There were 3 or 4 other patrons with screwed up orders. As I was getting my money back for my sandwich and drink by the rudest lady I have EVER encountered in a fast-food restaurant, she was telling the cashier to stop taking orders as they were too backed up to take any more orders. At no time were there any apologies or explanations offered to the crowd. Having managed and owned fast food businesses, the severity of attitude was a shock. The next time I want a fish sandwich I will just go fishing. The one star I gave is an over rating.

We have gone two times already: The first time we ordered food and it came out with fries that seemed soggy as if you would put them through a microwave… I know that’s not what happened but it compares to that. We went again this morning for breakfast and when the order came out it had taken so long, of course being very busy there, but it was incomplete. It took a while to get resolved. We will Try calling one more time to be fair and will update this review either way; hopefully with positive results. Also hopefully they say they will replace the soda machine because the current one every soda is disgusting.

The staff was very rude. The kiosk didn't work so we had to order at the counter which was terrible experience. I got my order, finally, along with the attitude. The chicken mcnuggets were barely warm, at best. So my wife, who hadn't ordered, and I drove to SR16 McDonalds and finished ordering there. SR16 was extremely friendly, and a clean place to eat at.

So.. we couldn't find our daughters last night. And we are trying to knock on the window to ask if the girls made it to their store. The lady there rudely did a sign that they were closed. And digned us to go away. I understand for safety reason they need to be cautious too.. but We even asked and giving her a please sign that it's an emergency. Still didn't help up. I know it's not their job but it would have been helpful if they answer some of our questions. Also, we bought food here and their nuggets are dry and my daughters milk was bad...😬 I don't mind it at all because i can give my daughter a new milk, i wasnt going to put a review after that bad milk bur after last migjt.night.. I thi k I earn to say my honest opinion. I think the staffs needed to be trained how to properly answer/serve their customers.

Very mixed feelings about this place. I went twice and observed two different scenarios. In the first, a group was loudly kicked out of the restaurant because the dining room was closed (the doors were all unlocked). The second was a manager telling off/cussing out a rude door dash customer. So obviously the food was classic, mediocre mcdonald’s, but the management is just strange and needs to be put in check.
