Dunkin'

I bought Dunkin 6 Donuts from this Speedway Gas Station location on Sunday around 7.30PM. Even though they were cold, they guy who works there said they are fresh and tasty. When we went home and bite them, they were very dry and not at all fresh like other Dunkin locations. I talked to store manager the next day and she was very disrespectful and does not honour or accept my complaint. She was very greedy and harsh when i explain the issue clearly. She shouted and threatened me that I am trying to scam her by giving complaint. My little daughter was disappointed with the donuts and we are never going back to this greedy disrespectful store. I wouldn't not recommend buying donuts from this store where this is no proper customer support.

They had one employee, Des, running the front register who was easily angered by a simple request. When I asked for a new pot of coffee, she said they are all made in the last 30 mins. When I said that's not what I asked for she said they were all made in the last 5 minutes. She asked what I wanted then began slamming the electronic buttons on the register to display her aggravation with me. I asked for a manager who wouldn't listen to what happened but did put on a new pot.
