I have been eating here for 3 years and they are awesome!!! I have no clue what these other people are talking about bc for 3 years my family of 5 have ordered delivery from here at least 3 times a month. Always hot, on time and so much food it's about to bust open. One dinner feeds 2 adults. And the older delivery guy is soooo nice. There has never been a minimum order amount. I've spent anywhere from 13 to 40 no issues

Such a terrible experience from this place. They messed up our food on a delivery. Sweet and sour Shrimp delivered and there was NO sauce. Management told us we would receive a credit on our next order. (We ordered at least twice a week.) Tried placing our order today and they told me that I don't have a credit. Poor customer service.

I was in town for a seminar and decided to give this place a try since I was craving Chinese food. This place was a WASTE of money...the ONLY good thing was the fried rice, the boneless spare ribs tasted over cooked and way too much sauce, the egg roll was absolutely disgusting, the fried chicken was so oily that all I could taste was the oil when I bit into it. I thought at least they would have good fortune cookies, nope, it was so moist and tasted horrible. I am Asian so I know a good Chinese restaurant from a bad one. They definitely are one of the worst places I’ve ever been too and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

We have ordered from here starting once a week and diminished to once a month if that of the course of 2 years. Customer service not so great, women answering the phone has gotten really rude over time and makes us seem like we are being inconvenient for ordering food! Im just over it now... Today the food was just not right tasted old and was hard. The white Sesame chicken is so thin seems like they are using sliced cold cuts that is if untill I can find a piece with chicken. This place just isn't right for us anymore. Good luck.

The menu for this restaurant listed is wrong, and the customer service is horrendous. They hung up on me immediately after placing my order without giving me an estimated time frame for delivery. Food arrived in a broken container, and was a mess in the bag. The taste was passable but the rice was WAY overcooked. All in all, next time, I'll get dressed and leave the house instead of ordering from hare again. The people at this restaurant made it a bad experience.

Food is sitting out at room temperature....Front counter employees had gloves on, answered phones and then went back to handling raw food without washing hands or changing gloves. Food was delivered lukewarm and did not taste right. I wonder how their last health department review went....On January 15,2014 they had 15 violations. One critical and two others considered high risk. That should say all you need to know
