Our experience at this shop was awful. The staff was young, rude and acted like they didn't want to serve people. I ordered an ice cream cone and after the worker put the scoop on and handed it to me. The scoop promptly rolled off the cone. I hadn't even moved. The people behind me noticed and said what happened. A girl came from behind the counter and just stared down at the scoop on the floor. I grabbed a napkin and picked up the scoop and handed it to her assuming that they would replace it as it had obviously not been pushed down enough on the cone. Alas, I was wrong. They did not offer and did not say they were sorry or anything. They happily took our 16 dollars but I was left to eat a cone with no ice cream. There are too many great ice cream places on St. James street. I would skip this one.

Very friendly and courteous staff. I didn't try the sweet treats on my visit but I had a great burger with fries and I will be back to try the fudge very soon. My puppy loved the staff as well and he was given an all natural frosty treat to enjoy.

I would give it a 4.5 stars (actually)!
My whole experience there was good besides for one lady that worked in the Ice cream/fudge part.
There were 2 ladies on that side and one was extremely nice.
I also ate at burger buckets I would also give them 4.5 stars. The people are nice and they food was decent. No complaints.

It was an ice cream for meals kinda day for us and we sampled two shops that day. Fudge buckets and Marble slab. Except for lack of a spot to sit that was shaded, Fudge buckets won. The ice cream was very good and staff was polite and patient. I have a child with Asperger's. He requires lots of patience at times. We had originally sat to eat at a restaurant but the prices, limited menu, heat and humidity lent to us going for ice cream instead.

This is a great little place! Super shakes are amazing, definitely worth the wait. The young man serving us today was extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend this place and my family loves it too! The only advice I can give is patience because the line can be long.

Owner is very rude to customers. FYI they don't keep temperature logs for the refrigerators. She claims to make food everyday in the morning and refrigerate it. She then reheats the food as the day goes along leaving you with the stale leftovers. When I had asked "Mom" which it says on her name tag about it she ended up yelling at me in front of my family who is visiting from out of town. Would never eat there ever! Especially when I don't even know how many times food has been reheated and not knowing if the food is safe to eat.

Amazing fudge and amazing employees. The managers/owners were do friendly and welcoming. Gladly gave samples of many of their huge selection of fudge.
