Old nasty looking Lady came into jacks wearing a subway uniform. She was very disrespectful to thier crew and how she talked to them. Then talked about how her husband is in the hospital but then was still disrespectful to how she talked to the red head manager.

Just beautiful service from those 3 ladys talking great care of the ppl they all are really nice also they would prepare they exactly way you want your meal even if you add a lot of stuff lol i just can say they are great on their job they made my day Stephanie also Christina and beck just great thanx

Our power had gone out due to a Storm at Home..I Got 2 Sandwiches..Italian BMT ..But I Ordered Subway Melts .They Were Good As Well, I was Just Thankful to Get Something To Eat..😊

Walked in at 7:45pm with an open sign on, door unlocked and the hours stating they closed at 9:00 pm to a girl yelling we are closed! Walked out two more people went in and were sent away. Sat and watched while the lady then waited to exactly 8 pm turned off the front lights and locked up. I visit a few times a week but will not be back. Tried to call and report with no answer at the store when I could clearly see her in there.

Standard subway, clean dining area, good staff. It was some guys first day and it was good to see how the manager/trainer was showing him how to roll a wrap. Respectfully and accurately! Will go again!

Just ate at Subway in Springville AL. I had the most disgusting sandwich of my life. I had a pizza sub and asked for cheesy garlic bread. It was $2 extra so I said ok. Then she told me it would be extra for cheese that originally came on the sandwich. When I got the sandwich grease was pouring out of it. The sandwich was disgusting and soggy. I took 2 bites and had to throw it away. The girl at the register told me and my wife that most people get sick after eating it. I was shocked that she would say that after I started complaining about it. Next time I decide to go to subway. I will just set a $10 bill on fire
