Service is way too slow. These guys need to improve the process. Had to wait for our coffee for more than 20 minutes and the coffee was lukewarm.

Biggest glass Latte that l've ever had, chicken BLT was very tasty. Service with a smile and didn't have to wait very long for my order. Don't think it was to expensive seeing it's in the shopping centre.

The waitress took 4 attempts to get the coffee order correct for 4 coffees. Highly overpriced and not that could. I would be trying the other coffee shop around the corner

Coffee and service is very hit or miss (definitely more misses) depending on who is making it. And being in a shopping centre, prices are pretty high

Ordered two short blacks, both had at most 15ml of coffee, reaching 1 cm from the bottom of the espresso cup. I'm guessing they split a single shot. It saved me from having a full shot of watery coffee.

Very limited range of food. Incredibly slow service. Came here for lunch, and ended up buying 2 cokes and 1 coffee, which took 10 mins to be made. Will NOT be back.

Nice little hidden cafe, Friendly staff. Nice place that wasn't too busy unlike other cafe's in the same center<br/>hard to find, but good once you do. <br/>Handmade and good toasted food. Thoroughly enjoyed with my partner.<br/>Staff was lovely. Would return.

Coffee Hit – Springvale Homemaker Centre. Have never had such an atrocious experience in a cafe ever before! My toddler and I were sitting in the play area minding our own business when the Manager (I am so tempted to name and shame her... but I will maintain some dignity, however I do use the term "Manager" quite loosely) abruptly stormed in, informed us that the area was closed and that we were to clean the area up and leave. I was totally gobsmacked! <br/>Number 1: the lovely girl (no sarcasm here) at the register when we ordered our coffee and babycino informed me that we could sit in the play area, no problems.<br/>Number 2: the play area was absolutely trashed even before we got there and we did not contribute to it (hey, kids are kids, no issues here for me, but LISTEN UP LADY – clean up your own friggin mess!)<br/>Number 3: the area itself was NOT sectioned off and there was absolutely NO SIGNAGE informing patrons to the contrary.<br/><br/>I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN... AND I URGE OTHERS TO AVOID IT. There is a far superior cafe on another level, and an awesome play are set up for kids elsewhere in the centre.<br/><br/>And what's more, after I politely defended myself to the "Manager" because I believed she must have thought I had broken into the area and trashed the joint (why else would she be so rude to a paying customer), her response was NONCHALANT, RUDE, INDIGNANT, and UNREPENTANT. She quickly told me that if I had an issue, to take it up with Centre Management (which I did by the way). Not good enough.<br/><br/>The coffee was okay by the way, but quite comparable to a FREE IKEA one!

Great Improvements!. With what appeared to be a new lunch menu on the weekends Coffee Hit has really lifted there game. The burgers were yummy although there takeaway milkshakes a lil overpriced. The wait was 10-15mins but I didnt mind as it was popular and very busy! Kids area was great, Coffee was delicious with latte art and it was all served with a smile.

Coffee Hit - Springvale Homemaker Centre. Bad Service. Stood around waiting to be served, there were 4 staff around. They all stared and did not say anything but kept on doing what they were doing. Not even a smile or at least to say won't be long or anything. Staff confirmed my order, and then still get it wrong when it came out. Questioned them about it, they were adamant they were right. Rude, bad service. Will never come back.
