Panera Bread

I didn’t want anything fancy, just a BASIC grilled cheese. What I received was this mess of paper stuck to melted cheese. There’s no way this sandwich ever touched a grill or panini press - it looks microwaved. If you can’t make a grilled cheese, this raises a lot of other questions. I can tell you I’ll never be going here again, gross.

Used to be a great place. Now this Panera is set up for take-out orders. Fewer tables and fewer patrons. The menu keeps getting smaller as do the portions. The staff doesn't care about anyone. Tonight they had problems with their cash registers, the floor was sticky by the juice machines and the bathroom wasn't functioning. I understand that Covid put a spin on everything but how do these places expect to stay open if nothing works?

Was here not two long ago, maybe a few weeks, Id rate the food not bad, could be a little better but I had the Mac and Cheese, and half Citrus Asian Crunch with chicken along a chipotle chicken and a mango smoothie and I think it was a bear claw I had. The people working on the food line were not very talkative or mannerly , one of the girls on line, very pretty young lady but just not the best in manners. The pastries seemed a bit burnt and my salad wasnt the best looking but it made up what it lacked in taste. In the front at the register, a young hispanic looking boy that had beautiful two toned curly hair and very pretty eyes was very nice to chat with, very great manners and took care my two children and myselfs orders, he also made me the delicious smoothie which i would say was the best thing I had from here thus far, another girl with a lot of pretty hair was so pleasant to my children and I on our way out telling us to have a nice day and she was very nice. I would rate this place 7/10 and I would come back to get more food to eat!! Decent experience!!

Love this place been going here for about 24 years birthday cakes and anniversaries Christmas oh my goodness just love everyone they're so nice and pleasant a place that you call a second home when you come through the door greet you with smiles and understanding and a lots and lots of patience which we all need now thank you for giving me some reality
