Domino's Pizza

It's not the place so must as the new online ordering app. It totally sucks. Have to click stuff over and over. Doesn't recognize a coupon offer. Says you don't have to log in, but you have to give all your info even in guest mode. By the time you are done you don't know what you ordered and most of the time it ends up being wrong. For example the first time I pushed all the buttons to order my pizza I was fresh and chose all the right options. It didn't give me the coupon price so I had to delete, search for coupon, nope too late. Close the app and start over. Then it detailed to thicker crust. Yuk, needs extra sauce. I didn't notice. Wanted thin crust, no extra sauce needed. What did I end up with? Very dry hand tossed pizza. Ate one piece and threw it away. In the past few months it has let me go through all the steps to place order, then tells me the place is closed. DP, your new app sucks.

Our pizzas were good, hot and fresh but the one we ordered with extra cheese didn't seem extra cheesy. Other than the seeming lack of cheese the thing that brought this place down a star is they forgot our sauce on the side. It's seems like you can't go to a restaurant these days without having some issue with either getting what you ordered the way it was ordered or getting everything that was ordered. At least we figured it out before leaving the lot.

The East Main street store in Springfield might as well shut down. Rude employees, no lights on except for in the kitchen, and after finally getting online order successfully completed and waiting the required time, was told they forgot to get it in when I went to pick up. Worst experience with a Dominos pizza place in 40 years of doing business with them.
