Tim Hortons

I love Tim Hortons, and this location specifically does not disappoint. I always use the drive thru, and their employees are super friendly and service is fast and accurate. I prefer this location best over the other 2 in Springfield because of this. Food always tastes great, especially the vanilla dips. Thanks for all you do!

No one manning the counter. Waited probably 3-4 minutes for anyone to even come out. Tables dirty. Trash overflowing. No music playing inside to give a welcoming feel. No sugar / sweetner / stir stick supplies available to customers except by asking someone who isn't at the counter. Donut I ordered was stale, at least a day old and hard. Owner really should read these reviews and address the problems.

Man, this Tim Hortons is horrible in the mornings! I've dealt with rudeness at the speaker, to my orders being made wrong several times I kid you not the last two times I asked for a BLT plus what I add they made my sandwich with bacon and just cheese!! It was the dryest sandwich ever!! Where was the lettuce and tomato?it comes with it!! Also them not being opened when supposed to be. Maybe they are short staffed maybe they aren't but the service has been pretty upsetting lately I only go there so much because it's the only coffee shop that I don't have to go out of my way to get when headed to work.

It seems like every day I attempted to go to the location on North Limestone St they seem to get it wrong. Always have to go back through the line or back in to get it right. I have video but no pictures to show that they had a very young girl in there working. No she didn’t even have a uniform on to even tell she was working there. I guess that’s why my drink was made wrong.

I arrived at Tim Hortons approximately 10:30 a.m. and I seen other patrons in the lobby and the doors were locked I noticed that the patrons inside were black and I am a white person I went back to my car and set there and waited a couple minutes hi then attempted to enter the lobby again doors were locked and there was also a very long line at the drive-thru so I was waiting to try to kill time for my appointment at the VA Clinic across the street I wanted to see what kind of donuts that they had on hand to take her to the Honey Dip glaze so I decided to go and wait in the very long line for the drive-thru I tempted to order my dipped glazed honey and was told sorry we don't have those two available at this moment and I told you I'm in this is why I wanted to come into the lobby so I can see what kind of donuts you have and I can make my decision preferably tahini dip and a cup of coffee so as I got up to the drive-thru window and I handed them my $2 for a Boston cream with chocolate on it I really didn't want to Boston cream with chocolate on it but I ordered it anyways and frustration and while the window was open I hollered out I guess I'm not the right color to come into your lobby and spend time in there and choose to donate that I really wanted and they said we're so sorry sir we only have three people in here and we can't have the lobby open and I told them well evidently I'm not the right color because I seen black people inside your lobby having coffee and donuts how pathetic in frustration and anger I drove off with my Boston cream and did not get my $0.75 change back from my $2 for a dollar twenty-five donut Westside I don't think I'll visit. Tim Hortons again even though I go to the VA across the street my experience there was horrifying oh well I guess that's the way America is now
