Subway

Ordered 4 sandwiches each meals for a pick up order while traveling. Upon pickup the girl came outside and we noticed we had a drink missing, we informed her we ordered 4 meals with drinks. She told us that she didn’t see a 4th drink and we need to show her proof on the receipt. It was there, she then went and grabbed the 4th drink. We then noticed we were missing the 3 other bags of chips (which all 4 were the same), I went inside to inform her and get the chips missing. She yelled at me for not having a mask immediately, I told her I wanted the correct chips and she then said they didn’t have those chips and that’s why they weren’t in there. I looked to my right on the bottom we’re hundreds of the chips we were missing. I grabbed the 3 bags and left. Also the chicken melt was gross and soggy with barely any chicken. Needless to say I wish I had money back so I could go to Jimmy Johns.

This is the best Subway by far! You will always be greeted by a smiling employee and your food is made fast and with fresh ingredients. The amazing thing is that the employees you see have been there for years and seem to actually enjoy their job. That says a lot to me about ownership and management. Well done Gateway Subway and keep up the good work!

Food was made fast but, don't order anything extra via Grubhub. i.e. drinks, chips, cookies. Chances of it not coming is about 66%. Then you call and ask where they are and they say "oh no we are sorry, is there anyway you can come get them". My thoughts, 'Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of ordering and paying for delivery?'. My reply, "I am unable to drive." Manager "Ok well we can refund your card and send you some coupons in the mail" Me, "Ok, cool". Everyone is still, thirsty. PICK UP ONLY SO YOU KNOW IT'S RIGHT. I added a star because they don’t suck. 🤘🏻

I walked into the Subway with another customer in front of me. There were no other customers. The employees were clearly filling a large call-in order when we walked in. There were two staff working on sandwiches while another staff was at the cash register playing with his phone. We just stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to recognize us, talk to us and help us while the other continued filling said order. They never looked up at us, and the guy at the register didn't acknowledge us either. The other patron and myself, we looked at each other and walked out. Subway, apparently you need to train your staff because they have no common sense or the ability to multitask. Either that, or they simply could care less about your business! They could of explained their situation, told us how long of wait, but didn't even acknowlege customers walking in.

If you are ever looking for a good place to order a bunch of sandwiches for a party or event, order from this place. We've used them multiple times and they've they've always exceeded our expectations, sometimes even when we've requested early pickups. The employees were always friendly and super helpful. If I could give them six stars, I would.
