Took over ten minutes to even be acknowledged for a table. Waitress literally avoided eye contact. Once sat it was another 10 for a waitress to come for our order(no drinks offered) busy or not people I don’t appreciate being ignored or treated like cattle. The restaurant was FILTHY. I have been a regular for years and at this point I’m DISGUSTED. NOT COMNG BACK AND DEFINITELY FILING A CORPORATE COMPLAINT. If you can’t handle in person and online orders at one time get rid of online because your restaurant has gone to hell in a handbasket. It’s now 12:29 want to take bets how long it takes to get our food. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Edit to add food got here in 20 minutes and was cold gravy separating after sitting too long. What a sad Mother’s Day

Staff were polite but overworked, and we overheard them talking about rats in the kitchen and how nothing was cleaned and the and cross contamination. Food was fast and tasted fine. Servers were great. Restaurant is old and gross. I stuck to the carpet walking in. The blinds are broke and their were dead bugs in window and rips in our booth seats. Flies buzzing all around food and booths. Staff said they were promised a remodel years ago but have not had one. Cant imagine what the kitchen looks like if the dinning room is this bad. Manager Ed was rude and grumpy, but server Cheryl was great. We liked some things but would never come back due to how gross the restaurant looked.

My husband and I ordered lunch online for pick up since we are staying next door at the Motel 6. We showed up a few minutes before the tracker said it would be finished and it was ready to go. My first complaint is that the actual hamburger meat was fairly hot, but everything else was barely warm. Both our burgers were extremely soggy, but mine was so bad that the bun was just mush as shown in the picture. Also, when I pay $40 for two burgers, a milkshake, a fry, and an onion ring; I expect more than 4 little o-rings. My disappointment in the quantity was quickly overshadowed by my disappointment in the quality though. My husband did say his milkshake was ok. We’re staying here a month and will definitely not be going back here.

This was a failure. I've eaten here before and the food was alright though it's going down hill fast. The maple spice spread is disgusting. The food had very little flavor and the coffee tasted burnt. The only way to get a waitress was to flag one down and the amount of sugar or creamer for the coffee was so minimal that it was pointless to ask for. The maintenance of the building ( the carpets, booths, and cleanup) is nonexistent to me this place needs a total overhaul and better staff. And the prices for what was ordered are extreme. Minimal food ordered and yet nearly 16$ a plate. Also coffee at nearly 3.50$ a cup is very overpriced.
