Horrible service. After 30 min of waiting to get to the drive up window we were asked to wait 7 minutes for the sandwhiches and pull up front in front of the doors. We then waited another 20 minutes for our food and ended up having to go inside to get our food. Workers just standing around. There were also items missing from our bag. Everytime we come here the workers are extremely rude and wait forever, never again.

The place is clean and the staff is efficient. They have transparent plexiglass at the counter and marking for social distancing. It was not crowded on Sunday night to buy take out. Plenty of parking space.

I order 2 famous bowls and a 16 piece meal, famous bowls didn't have any gray on them.. Better training required.

This KFC should fire their cooks. I ordered a 16 piece meal and brought it home to my family. When we all started to eat our chicken it was pink, undercooked, shouldn't have never had left that kitchen. We all got sick just from those first bites. I definitely won't be ordering from there again.

I asked for a bowl and the popcorn chicken wasn't cook all the way. My biscuit was hard. They gave me 3 cookies. Awesome!!! This gentlemen was on the rain waiting for his food. I felt sorry for him. I asked him to get in my car knowing the risks, he had face mask on. Someone came with an umbrella and after he did returned it.

This is absolutely Rediculas. I've been in driveway for 25MINS NOW. 1. U can't get out of line cuz your locked in the way drive-thru set up.
2. Didn't Even Say Anything about 30MINS! I had to bring it up asking what happened?!? "they messed up some orders"... Best part is they charged me full price! I was thinking they would say "here this is free sorry for the huge wait". Yup. Done with this place.

I've been to many businesses on Boston Road and I was very pleased with KFC. The food was fresh and fulfilling. The chicken and mashed potatoes lacked flavor.
The night shift staff were really nice and they kept the dining area clean. The air conditioner was a tad to low. The choice of music wasn't ideal for it's setting and a bit to high in volume. The restroom was clean.
I would visit again.
