Dunkin'

Been here 3 times. First time was a female working the window, early evening, Perfect experience. Second time I was the only person at the drive thru, there was a young male and female working. There may have been something explicit happening so my coffee went in the trash. It took 10 minutes for 1 coffee and I was the only customer. The last and final time I went, same young male and a different female. I ordered the same as I always do... Simple, large iced coffee with milk. First they handed me a hot coffee, I asked to exchange for an iced coffee. I had to repeat my order 2 more times... Large iced coffee with just milk. I ended up with a large French Vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. I already drove away before tasting it and drank it anyways but wow. This Dunkin needs to can this guy and maybe the owner should do some unannounced visits in the evening hours.
