Whew,I put in my order at the drive through....paid for my order, got to the window to pick up my order...only to be told that they were out of the frappe I wanted. I said then jus give me back my money....they said they could not cause they changed over to a different type of register. I did not believe that was my problem. I was told to go park my car and someone would be with me, I said I would not. Give me my money back or the item I ordered. I will never go there again.🤬

How does having a kiosk for customers to ring up their order slow down the process? Thr kiosk is too confusing and the cashiers will not help...

Though they messed up one of my orders once, this place is pretty solid, and their shake machine works. As a lunch time customer, I'd recommend getting there as close to noon as possible.

Worst McDonalds. Will never visit again. They are rude and never close or open at time they say. I was here at 1035 and it was closed.
I went back at 1055 to take a pic. Should have did it the first time I was there.
Very rude too, lady there wiping counter and it's empty in back. So that means they shut down at 10 to 1015. Because it's 1102 and the person is locking up and leaving.

Placed mobile order. Store was dead. And to wait 20 minutes for food. ridiculous and was not given a receipt nor would anyone answer the phone. The worker was rude and didnt even say one word. This stores employees are terrible and obviously don't care about customers waiting. Unacceptable.

Never going there again! The food served should have been discarded and not served. My entire order was cold. The fries were old cool and lumpy. The burgers were cold the buns hard. Are you kidding me that I actually paid for this stuff. Never ever again. Avoid this place at all costs!
