Always an excellent experience. I get my Sausage and peppers and Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich fixes there. There pasta is excellent as well. I also had to fabulous deep dish Chicken Parm slice of pizza there last time I went. The staff are always friendly and helpful

Tasty Italian deli with delicious grinders in a pleasant cafe atmosphere. The sausage is made fresh in house. Conveniently situated near the MGM parking lot. I look forward to my next visit.

It's been a few years since I was last able to go here. Nothing has changed really. The people are so friendly and hospitable. Their sausages are the best around and Italian garden salad is just plain awesome. I truly love this place and am looking forward to my next visit.

I can't say enough about Milanos. You can't find a better array of TRUE BLUE products from 🇮🇹 Italy other than going to Italy yourself! And the taste....

A landmark of Springfield. Main and Union sandwich is my favorite! Such friendly staff and amazing food. Every time I walk in I am greeted like I am family.Solid Italian market with a deli counter and some prepared foods. The sandwiches are big, loaded with meat, and pretty affordable.
