Hardee's

I don’t understand why it is so hard to get a complete order. I ordered the French Toast Sticks, when I opened the box to start enjoying my breakfast; no syrup to use on these dried out, overcooks, sticks of bread. Sound yummy doesn’t it. More money is given for lower than mediocre service. There should be a form of quality control by managers. Disappointed

Havent been to Hardee's since 2-7-19 according to my last Google review. I ordered biscuits and gravy and according to Hardee's menu I pulled up online they were priced at $2.19. Nope handed the girl $5 and received 75 cents back. Hmmm, ok I'll let it slide based on the current financial disaster were experiencing. 1st bite was reason enough for me to NOT return. So frikin salty, tossed it in the trash.

I was in Hardee’s on Christmas. This was excellent service. There was a concern. I overheard a young employee threaten to bring a gun back in when the manager told him to leave. At first I was scared with my kids there. Then I heard the manager call the police and say he would protect his employees and customers. I’m not sure the manager knew I heard this but he made us feel safe. The manager was a middle age mixed man and was very nice. He was so concerned about keeping the location safe you could hear it in his voice. When we left we saw the kid he made leave on the side of the building. I pray they stay safe as he handled this very well. I am a CFO of a company and I was impressed of how I heard him handle the threat. Great job!! I need wish I knew his name to put it in this review. Great job manager on duty!!

Open 24 hours! Don is a great boss. He is a good guy to work for. He does his best to create a friendly working environment and every day, at the end of my shift, I leave with a smile on my face. The staff is understanding and friendly to work with. As for customer service, we strive our best to keep drive thru times under two and a half minutes. Dining room is open, clean and inviting too! We treat all customers with utmost importance. The food is great too. All of our food is genuine. No garbage, no fillers. Just 100% quality. I know for a fact because i like the food too and i come on my day off just to get something to eat.
