Taco Bell

Loved this Taco Bell: staple of my high school. They’ve forgotten something from my order three times in a row and most recently forgot the nacho fries in my nacho fries box. I don’t wanna dog my girl who was working cause we went to high school together by my brother in Christ I cannot tolerate this kind of negligence anymore. How the absolute h e l l do you forget the special, the limited time item, the one thing you are trying to sell to me? Please give these poor workers an instructional video or two

I went through the Drive through tonight and ordered a number six and nachos fries box. My number six everything I just been throwing on their chicken was on one side and lettuce was on the other the tomatoes were spread out besides the fact I wasn’t supposed to have chicken in my Chalupa I was supposed to have beef and both of them have chicken. The girl who was at the window handed me my drinks I said thank you she didn’t say anything but turned around and talk to an employee she then handed me my bag of foodAnd then just turned around and walked away. I sat there confused wondering if that was all of my food or not so I waited for her to come back to the window and asked her if that was all of my food. She had the audacity to look at me like I was crazy and say yeah that’s all your food she also didn’t give me a receipt. I tried to call them back once I got home to let them know that they gave me two chicken Chalupa’s instead of beef but they did not answer the phone. I am 100% dissatisfied with my visit to Taco Bell On Adlai Stevenson. It’s sad, the girl at the window was actually kind of pretty. Too bad her prettiness stops under the first couple layers of skin.

I wanted to order from the website. The website was down so I went to the drive thru since it was my only option late at night. I explained to the order taker the website was down and wanted to order just one item. I was told no. I worked in food service and know you can bend the rules even slightly to help a customer out. Turns out this wasn't the case tonight. Awful service with awful food hardly deserves a star. I went with a cheesy gordita crunch with black beans. The thing was mostly taco shell with hardly any toppings and the smallest amount of beans. Anywhere is better than this place when you're on a budget.

I love your breakfast and if the marquee says "now serving breakfast" they should probably serve breakfast. I waited in line for 10 min before anyone even answered. McDonald's has breakfast I guess I'll go there. This is the second Taco Bell this morning I've been to that advertises breakfast that doesn't serve breakfast.
