Waited 15 minutes in drive through for a poor attitude, no napkins, and lukewarm foodThis was at 2pm. Dont waste your time. I'll go to any of the other 3 restaurants on that block.

The food came out fast, but the fries were cold. Not the chicken nuggets though those were hot and delicious.

Sat at the menu ordering food for 15 minutes during which the worker taking our order just stopped responding to us 3 times and when he responded again he was rude and told us to pull up before finishing our order, which kind you already was taking forever and we watched 3 people drive off because it was taking so long.

We went there after my Dr. Appointment's in Springfield IL. Through the drive thru they were busy and the food was good but the lettuce on the sandwiches not it was bad lettuce 🥬. The lettuce needed to be thrown away. If it wasn't for that it would of been great.
I don't know why they don't make their employees make sure it's fresh and good not bad lettuce 🥬 or produce that is wilted brown yellow or yucky 🤢. Taste bad and makes you feel sick at your stomach.

Something changed here lately and now everything is hot and fresh all the time. My burger was right off the grill, my fries were nice and hot, and the soda was great, not a half water, half soda that you didnt order like all the other fast food place next door. Great job, BK 💪
