Arby's

My rating has been moved from 3 to 5 stars. Simply put. The quality of the food is great. The service was friendly and always timely. Being a frequent restaurant eater I have not once had any common issues as with other establishments. For this I ask why can't I give a sixth star for doing so well for so many visits with no issue yet. Thank you

Possibly the rudest counter experience at any Arby's ever. We try to be overly gracious with the hard working people at fast food restaurants, but this time wow ..heavy set dude at the counter was rude short dismissive and made us feel like second class citizens for daring to ask for sauce...THEN to get cold bottom of the bin curly fry crumbs and a cold 10 dollar wagyu burger... 45 bucks flushed down the toilet Not going back. (The cheese sticks were good)

We went to Arby's in Springfield by Ross, very very professional impolite, I ordered jalapeño poppers and they took a little bit longer than normal they offered us free turnovers or cookies I told him it was fine then they came back and still offered us both a free meal for our next visit which wasn't necessary either. I will go back if I'm ever in Springfield but not for my free meal because they were such courteous people. Thank you Arby's.

Management need to be aware of their staff and how rude some are. I considered Texas Roadhouse but thought I would try this Arby's on Wabash - BIG mistake! I had looked online to see what deals they offered for the 2 for 6 deal but the signage did not match online and I asked the young man what's available. His reply, "It's on the board." Are you kidding me! A woman interrupted and listed off ALL that was currently available (MOST were NOT listed on the board) and responded that they no longer sold the fish sandwich. Ok. So I chose two gyros, one lamb and the other turkey, with NO ONIONS and a small order of the new crinkle cut fries, with LOTS of sauce. And he responded with that will be $10.##! WTH! It's 2 for $6 and a dollar fries. Well, that was quickly corrected... Paid at the window and as I was presented with my bag, I verified it had extra sauce, and it did. Pulled off, parked and began eating. Got almost through my first gyro and finally realized there were no fries under the other sandwich and napkins!!! Drive back and tell the guy no fries and pull up to the window. Another guy was there and handed me a bag. Not sure if he apologized as he muttered.... That ain't good.
