Kfc

Went through the drive thru and an older lady started to take our order and she clearly got annoyed by us asking a couple questions. We could hear her sighing because she was annoyed, several times. We then had to pull around and park because we were waiting on chicken. They brought it out and got it back to the house and began to eat the thighs, they were pink and smelled funky, all 4 of them (we both had 4 thighs all total). I then called and the same lady answered the phone and I let her know about the thighs. She claimed it was because they didn't "pop" the chicken and it was the blood vessels popping during them being fried that made it pink and smell funny. She assured me that it wasn't undercooked and said it was safe to eat. She then offered for us to bring the chicken back for us to get more chicken in replacement, but I told her we wouldn't eat it. I was met by her saying that we didn't have to and that they would replace it. She didn't understand that we wouldn't eat the replacement chicken and that we wanted a refund. I'm sorry, but even if the blood vessels did pop, the chicken wouldn't taste like that.

Thank you KFC for running my birthday night. Ordered food for all the boys and paid for it online. They took my money but store is closed. Can't honor it at another store bc it isn't the same. All the 1-800 number can do it tell me I will get my money back in 72 hours. So much for feeding the big group tonight!

... at this rate doesnt even matter what the food taste like without sauce to go with my chicken its just chicken. Everyone of your competitors out shines you by offering free sauce with their bland products.... guess KFC is to greedy and to good to give their customers free sauce packets.... ketchup and hot sauce.... who needs ketchup and hotsauce.... attitudes of your employees could be better as well 2nd poor experience. Between telling me t use the drive thru when id stood i your lobby for 20 mins before a manager saw me multiple employees had already strolled by. And now charging for sauce packets... lost a customer. Do not recommend
