Your gravy is runny and also the picante. Good flavor on the gravy but not enough texture or sausage. The picante comes out watery . This post is not intended specifically for this location but for all Hardee’s I just happen to be at this Hardee’s at the time to order breakfast. McD has the best picante there is actual peppers in their picante salsa

Got the promo Primal burger instead of my usual Frisco and I was in heaven! Added tomato to it (cause I love me some tomatoes!) and it was absolutely bomb!! Staff there is awesome and the manager actually knows what hes doing. Seriously give it a shot!

Everything was perfect. The food was hot and fresh and the lady who waited on me at the window was extremely nice. My husband was in the hospital I went there to get my breakfast. Being so tired and exhausted the kindness was so highly appreciated!!!!! I went there 3 times while he was in the hospital and every time Everything was PERFECT!!!

I visited the hardee's on east battlefield 2 weeks ago. The "prime rib" was dry and came with nothing but a dry bun. Onion rings were not even warm and hard as a rock...obviously days old. Worst food I have experienced in Springfield. Hardee's should be ashamed ! SAD

Our two Sandwiches were dry and the onion ring on the sandwich was Hard. I ask the clerk for something to put on our two Primal TB. It took her a while but she came back with some beef juice. That didn't even help. The person that took our order was new and it took her a long time to make our shakes. In fact we were almost done eating. Burn Once We Won't Be Back!

Food was good as always! Only thing would be to make sure you put in the order when they order. If I wasn't paying attention to what they were about to hand me, I would have to went inside or back around to the drive thru.

ABSOLUTELY disgusting. The bathrooms were filthy and gross. The soda machines were caked in grime and dirt. Dirty surfaces everywhere. Dusty, grimy counters. Area with condiments and napkins were gross. If the visible dining area looks like that, what does the kitchen look like? 🤢🤢

We had a long drive ahead of us and my husband wanted coffee. They didn't have any, but they were kind enough to make a fresh pot 15 minutes before they closed. Very much appreciated!
