These are good for the price for college students. However when I moved in, management failed to clean the walls, ceiling, and carpet from the person who smoked. Now every thing I have smells like stale cigarette smoke. Yuck!!! The window AC unit only cools my apartment to 75°and it feels warm to hot depending if it's turned on. I'm giving 2 stars due to price and quiet location. I'm taking 2 stars off for stale cigarette smoke for not cleaning properly before I moved in and 1 star off for an old window AC unit that does not cool my place adequately.
