DD has a new product, it's called Mango Pineapple refresh! It has fresh me up after I take a sip, let's try it before the summer is gone, I wish they sell them every day not just for the season.

Thank you Dunkin on Backlick rd for always making my order right. You don’t burn my egg n cheese & you make my coffee right everytime. I appreciate you. I have been going to Dunkin everyday for 7 years but the Dunkin closer to me in lorton has been really disappointing me

Great donuts. Very fresh. Wonderful help from the associates there. Excellent parking. Easy in and out of the parking lot. The store is very clean. About the only downside is that the decor is dated...the place looks like it was last refreshed during the Reagan presidency.

Donuts are very good and so as the coffee but I was served by two people the First Lady had just came out of the bathroom with soaking wet hands and gave me an un mixed drink and as well touched my donut and didn’t have her mask up completely. I went back in to get my order correct and was served by an excellent young man, he didn’t Touch my donut and gave me a completely mixed and correct drink I recommend you go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on backlick road springfeild va and ask for the employee Jermaine Dawson!

This DD is one of the best. People here are happy and they do their work with a smile. Morings hours can sometime take them longer. But worth the wiat when you get food the way you asked. Helped me go through the toughest mornings...

The store was clean and tidy. The staff was nice and efficient at their job, I didn't go in during the breakfast rush, so that makes a difference. I did like that the station where the straws and napkins are is right by the door so you can pick it up on the way out the door. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that with a lot of the businesses located on that part of the road, the parking lot is very tight, so getting in and out may be difficult during peak hours.
