Pizza Hut

Horrible service. Waited over an hour for delivery after I received a notification it was out delivery and I lived 1.6 miles from this store. I ask for a refund since the food, pizza and 2 orders of wings was not going to be hot and was told I had to speak to corporate. They transferred my call to corporate and the man who answered said I had to ask the store for a refund. I told him I did not want to hold again and the store was who said I had to speak to corporate. He said he could not help me I asked to speak to his supervisor And he said I am a supervisor. I asked to speak with his supervisor And he told me they would tell me the same thing then hung up on me.

I treated my girl to dinner even though I couldn't really afford it at the time ,Food was good alil greasy , timing was good less than an hour but I order no contact delivery and because I didn't have enough to tip donald the delivery driver pounded on my door and all he said when I answered was (what no tip ?) In a dark voice , someone needs to teach donald what NO CONTACT DELIVERY means , or maybe next time I'll just let my sheppard give him a tip , I was a delivery driver I know how it is but sometimes ppl aren't going to tip weather it be because we are poor or cause ppl are cheap but what won't help that is pounding on pls doors

The crust was rubbery on both pizzas, especially the stuffed crust. Could barely bite thru it. Like it had been sitting out all day. It had even started to curl up. Within an hour of receiving my order it had fully curled. Fed it to my dogs along with the cheese sticks which were burnt and had no cheese on half. Just a over abundance of some kind of seasoning on top of burnt bread. Had better pizza from a vending machine. So disappointed.
