Mcdonald's

Had my son bday party here. The only issue I had was that they did not have the information for the party correct and Managers had very poor communication with other Managers there to relate the information about the party we had received for my son's birthday party. It always was canceled do to missed communication. But over all we had the party and it was done.

Excellent everything😋👍 Management and staff work very hard and have great customer service. Clean restrooms. Best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The sausage biscuit with the hash brown bundle is a great value. I've seen some customers yell and berate the staff. Please be kind to them. They work very hard and are nice people 🤗

Jan 11 2023 7:30pm Hands down best service I’ve ever had @ McDonald’s, anywhere. I was able to order exactly what I wanted with help from the employee over the speaker in the drive through. And he spoke with the cook, and made it happen. 🏆 🏆 -Deluxe crispy chicken, no tomato, with extra DILL pickles on a steamed bun a.k.a. the same bun on the fillet O fish. PS. I’m just now seeing that there is a deluxe SPICY crispy chicken and I cannot wait to try. See you soon McDonald’s Glenloch!! 🍔 ❤️

Was pleasantly surprised by the inside of this location. I haven’t stepped foot in a fast food place since a few years before Covid. I went in to this one so my daughter could quickly use the restroom however we ended up staying over an hour so she could play on the jungle gym. Very clean. Lots of space. Friendly staff.

Good play place, friendly staff, good location. Only concern is the main bathroom in the restaurant doesn’t have a baby changing table. There is a bathroom in the play place area that does, I found out on a subsequent visit, but this bathroom is quite hidden. Should have a sign in the main bathroom or honestly, just have more than 1 baby changing station. It is McDonalds after all, they cater to children.

The Glennloch McDonald's location is a cut above the rest. It's always super clean, fresh modern look and feel, and the customer service is awesome. The play area is nice and big and there is plenty of various seating there too. It's great for the kids and parents alike. Food is served quickly and hot (and correctly too, we always have a special, complicated order!). Great for a quick bite or a longer playtime for the kiddos. Only drawback is some of the parking is right up on the drive-thru lane, tricky to get out sometimes when the drive-thru is busy (but far from a deal-breaker here). They support all the area schools too. Just a great McDonald's!

We specifically would like to that our server Servando, at this location...he has been incredibly helpful and understanding. I will say his service & great attitude kept us ordering food. I swear I would have thought I was talking to management. Servando deserves a raise. The play place is always frustrating when trying to order food, bc usually I have a car full of kids, my lap top, wipes for the table, diaper bag... it's not fun to have to collect all the kids, and stuff to go stand at the counter while kids tell you on repeat they are staving... having food delived to the play area, keeps us ordering food...however... only 2 tables have numbers... the rest have qr code advertisements to order to table... but no where to scan on the app, nor a number to order to. The last 4 times we've come, we packed up and moved to chick fil a, bc it was too stressful trying to order and feed kids... thankfully Servando is on the clock today and he saved the day through 3 hours and 3 orders of food for our group so far. -Prior to playplace opening back up a few months ago... The staff is always very friendly and we go by just to take the girls to get fries so they can say hi to whoever is working the windows. It will be nice when the play area opens back up.

Gig and delivery driver perspective. I normally avoid picking up and delivering fast food. The guarantee has to be worth it, and it almost never is for fast food. That said, the manager at this place is a great guy and the food here is out quick. It's one of two McDonald's in the entire city of Houston that I will run and a lot has to do with the manager that's there. No matter how busy they are, he comes over and shakes my hand makes small talk and offers me a drink. The other McDonald's in the city don't even acknowledge that you're standing there. Literally. Whoever the owner is of this McDonald's has a heck of a manager
