Subway

They close at random times and I've seen them close early when the hours on the door say later than that. Given them several chances and gotten burnt sandwiches twice. There's only one lady there that actually does a good job and I can never remember her name. She's great, the store as whole is sub par.

Worst customer service I ever experienced at a Subway. You got one guy arguing with the other guy about who supposed to be upfront fam this and that very unprofessional line going out the door and they’re still preparing to go orders with hate and haven’t took nobodies order for 15 minutes I stood there before Me and 3 other people walked out. Ridiculous

Best Subway ever in my opinion! The best times we have is when the employees are super great, sweet, and nice! The two employees working tonight, 3/7/22, were Yasmine and Samantha. They were super sweet! We had a great conversation and laughed about how my husband loves his sandwich a certain way, which he was there laughing about it too. We all had a great time! My daughter wanted to pay for her own sandwich and Yasmine was super sweet about it and talked to my daughter as a person and not as a "ugh kids are awful" kind of way which a lot of people do and Yasmine did not talk to her that way. Samantha was super kool and down to earth! I love when employees express their thoughts and she was so open and it was refreshing to see! Yal are a couple bad a** woman!!! Keep on being awesome!!!!

Went in as we were nearby not our usual subway, placed normal order asked for veggies on side as my daughter doesn't like them on the sandwich (we've been getting the same way for the past 12 years since she was 2). Asked sandwich artist to put a few vegetables on the side in a cookie bag, they were out so she used a small water cup. The the other lady who told me her name was "Claudia" proceeded to speak to my sandwich artist in Spanish telling her something several different times, I finally turned to her and asked if there was a problem and she started that they shouldn't be doing that as it's a salad. I didn't ask for any extra items, just what would have been put on my order, I stated other Subways make accommodations and then she had the audacity to tell me that's them. For the first time in my life I walked out and left my order and took my business elsewhere. If she was the manager she could've handled that in a multitude of other ways, such as waiting until we left to address it with the employee.
