Denny's

Very good service’all the employees very friendly including the Hispanic lady who is the manager, I always go to this Denny’s,which is clean, but I have also seen the manager demanding that they do their job that is very good to keep I clean every thing myself I when to other Denny’s and bathrooms were very dirty everything looks very clean it is nice to feel the atmosphere and family Julissa was my waitress very sweet she.

Went in with my mom for my birthday. Wanted to get the birthday meal offered for free like I do most years. They no longer just use your id as proof. Now you've gotta download the app. Our waiter Corey was amazing. He helped me set it up, including checking the correct location. He tried his best to locate the birthday offer with the code to scan. Without any luck he asked several other employees including a manager for help. No one could figure it out. They didn't know how the app worked. We still ordered our food as planned. The food was alright. Much smaller portions than usual. The biscuit and gravy was small like a McDonald's biscuit. When it came time to pay the store manager tried to find the code on the app and said I chose the wrong location. We told him no we didn't and Corey verified that he was the one who checked the correct location. After several more minutes the manager finally took the meal off the ticket. If the store is going to make you use an app to get what has always been offered for birthdays then they should at least know how to use the app. Also not everyone has phones that they can download apps onto. My mom could never do it seeing how she has a simple flip phone. Honestly this has made us not want to go back to Denny's.

It's Denny's so you get what you came for. Reasonably priced decent comfort food. Our server was slow but very sweet, and the place was super busy so we were not offered a booth and we sat in a really noisy area. But almost everyone was friendly and our server offered helpful suggestions and stayed pleasant in spite of the crowd.
