Was a new guy who took me and my husband order. Was not to friendly and then I guess he was training another person not friendly at all. Did not speak. Love coming here cause of the food and friendly service and how there's not a long wait. They speak to you as soon as you walk in the door. Customer service is good.

Visited on labor day 2023. From the moment we walked up to the doors we were greeted with top notch customer service. Upon entering (door held open for us and all) we were greeted with smiles and asked if it was our 1st time (which it was). The line went quickly and we were confused on what to order. We got to the counter and were advised about the menu items and offered samples. The cashier was friendly and personable. I ordered the moist brisket, sausage, and beans. There was plenty to eat and the food was delicious. The place smelled amazing. There was plenty of staff around putting out condiments and making sure things were running smoothly. The bathroom was clean as well. I should've bought more food to take home because I don't think there is a location near me. I highly recommend this place and will visit again when I get the chance.

(Revised Review) After not so great experience a couple weeks ago, I was able to make my way back to the spring location for some BBQ. Wow, I am not disappointed I did. The service here has always been exceptional but I will tell you the manager and team are great. Rachel was very nice and considerate to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were served with great food at a great cost. This place will not disappoint and it's highly recommended by me and my family friends.
