Dunkin'

My wife went to get coffee over an hour before they were supposed to close and they said they can’t give her coffee because they already cleaned the machine for the night. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m an avid consumer of Dunkin’ and never have had service this poor. This is not up to their standards.

HORRIBLE CASHIERS!The cashier today made a mistake with our order. We picked up our order and noticed drinks missing. We tired to tell them nicely. But they started yelling at us that we didn’t order them and didn’t pay for that certain drink. They essentially got our order wrong and we had to wait in line again. The cashier did not apologize for their mistake and screamed at us. Who screams at their customers?? Horrible service

This is the best dunkin I have ever been to. Great and fast service, very clean, friendly staff. The lady in the front is very nice and friendly. Drinks always come out the way I want. The cook in the back makes every sandwich perfect and hash browns crispy. I always get the grilled cheese and he always makes it perfect crispy outside, soft inside. Don't know his name but an Asian dude who is very fast with the orders, commending you my friend! I will keep changing my way to get my breakfast from this dunkin for sure! Thanks guys.

In my opinion Dunkin headquarters should take this shop and use it as a model for all their other stores their costumer service is exemplary! I wish I have the names of the employees here but they are all just so kind and gracious! Serving everyone quickly and efficiently always with a smile and cheerful!

It's a Dunkin' Donuts. If you like any of them, you'll like nearly all of them - the standard seem to be maintained between them. The most trustworthy day and night coffee on the road. Beats the pants off places like 7-Eleven. And their menu and seasonal specials have done much to widen their appeal. I enjoy some of the sandwiches as well, and the egg and cheese breakfast wrap is a bargain!

Almost for the last 10 years every morning i start day with a latte and the "latte" they gave me was definitely "misto" "hot water, cold milk" if your milk boiler is inoperate please dont do such things! I paid almost 5$ for that, "in my homeland thats 2 peoples dinner cost at a restaurant" Do your job well, we r not idiot! Ok?
