Something tells me they’re understaffed.
If you don’t back out fast enough, you’ll be trapped here indefinitely. At least you can turn your car off and save some of that $5 gasoline…

They need to rotate the workers. This crew has been there too long. No matter what time of day you go there you will wait ten or more minutes for a cup of coffee. They are not under staffed, they are just slow. In a caucasion neighborhood that poor level of service would not be tolerated.

Fast and clean restaurant with reliable staples. It's conveniently located off the highway and next to a major commuter-rail terminal to NYC, so sometimes traffic can be bad. The ordering kiosks work well, but not everything goes through as I had to ask and employee for sauces that I had requested in the kiosk. The employees were very friendly though! Maybe one employee looked a bit bewildered, but I think he was just new.

The rest room was clean. The coffee was OK, the burger was almost as tasty as a warm piece if cardboard. No toppings, no condiments. The star was attentive ineffective. Much better value at White Castle

Customer service?? We’re?? I stand in line for five minutes without even being acknowledge all they did was attend to the drive-through I just walked out. Go to McDonald’s in Nanuet Wendy’s hundred percent better customer service!

They deserve 5 stars for the fact that Jeff C. gave my friends and I hand sanitizer at the drive thru and made sure our order was perfect. Took a little while to get our food but the customer service was exponentially better than Nanuet or nyack. We made a real friend tonight. Also Arleny G. gave us a full container of Mac sauce. This is the best McDonald’s ever, 100% recommend, even if it’s out of your way.

Last I went... was on the drive through lone a while to then find out the fire alarm went off and I had to go somewhere else. The worker seemed to have told one person because she skipped a bunch of people. Also going here often through the drive-through check your items, they forget things.
