Panda House

We just moved to the area, looking for a good Chinese spot and this place really hit the spot! I’m from the east coast and have never found a good Mongolian Beef or Chicken Curry in San Diego. Panda House is exactly what I was looking for. Delicious, HUGE portions & very reasonably priced, highly recommend!!

First time trying this place and I am extremely disappointed. The initial phone call to order was terrible. The woman was very rude and in a rush. She hung up abruptly before I could give her my information for pickup. Upon arriving the parking lot is very dark. Took awhile for someone to help at the pickup window. When someone decided to help she was very short and rude. The place looks dirty and has a smell of old grease. Poor quality food. I won’t be going back

Their food tastes like it is Burnt and Smells like a slaughterhouse. What ever meat they are using it’s not chicken or beef. Taste rotten I got sick after I ate a few bites. The place is super dirty and packed full of stuff. My friend saw a rat running across the floor as we walked past the door. Health department needs to pay them a visit. They are never on time for the food when they say 10-15 minutes. Staff is very rude and they change the prices every time to what they want. I know because we ordered a couple times and each time is different prices for the same dishes ordered.

I was taught that your mannerism and way you speak and approach people is what separates you from others. This restaurant lacks customer relations. They don't know what the 2 minute friend is. I approached the window and they acted like they didn't even want my money. I don't know about you, but I don't like to spend money at businesses like this.
